The holidays are the perfect time to celebrate family, community, and kindness. This November, Liz Scavilla Photography invites you to join our 2025 Charity Holiday Minis in Ormond Beach & Daytona Beach— four festive photo events designed to spread joy while supporting meaningful local charities across Volusia and Flagler Counties.
Each 10-minute mini session is $199 and includes 5 professionally edited high-resolution digital images plus a private online proofs gallery with 25–30 images so you can choose your favorites.
🎁 50% of all proceeds from every session will be donated to the charity of the day.

IMPORTANT: Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled session to check in. The 2025 Charity Holiday Minis in Ormond Beach & Daytona Beach run back-to-back, and we cannot guarantee your spot if you’re late for any reason.
Full payment is required to reserve your time. Due to the charitable nature of this event, all bookings are non-refundable and non-transferable.
Each mini session includes five edited digital images; additional images and print products are available for purchase. Final galleries are delivered within 2–3 weeks of selection.

Q: What does the backdrop look like?
A: We will be using this beautiful holiday themed backdrop for our sessions this year.
Q: How many people can be in a photo?
A: Our backdrop can hold up to 6 guests, they all must be related. Please do not book 2 families in one spot.

By reserving your spot you agree to pay in advance to secure your photography session (please pay online using the button). All images taken will be copyright of Liz Scavilla Photography.

IMPORTANT: Session fees are non-refundable for any reason. As this is a partially charitable event and part of the session fees are going to a charity this holiday season, please understand your session is more than just a photo session – it is going to an amazing cause! Even if you or a family member is feeling under the weather, or life just happens (as a mom I totally get it!) please remember that your fee is helping a local charity in a HUGE way this year and we greatly appreciate that! For this reason we will not be offering refunds for any reason. The fee is also non-transferrable for any other goods or services with Liz Scavilla Photography (although you are welcome to gift your slot to another family if you cannot attend after paying your fee)

Please make sure to arrive 15 minutes before your time slot in order to ensure you have as many photos taken during your session. Otherwise we can’t guarantee to get the regular number of photos we take during your session. We cannot push back session times due to the nature of scheduling back to back spots for all of these fun mini sessions!
