Everyone is a princess. Or prince. Whichever. I fought it throughout my pregnancy – I told everyone that my little girl would absolutely not be into the “princess thing” but sure enough, she loves them all.
Cinderella. Rapunzel. Ariel. Jasmine. And of course, Anna & Elsa. (Insert pun about “let it go” here….) She loves to dress up. Her favorite dresses are indicated by the amount of wear and tear, torn sleeves, tattered edges and stains throughout the fabric.
Of course, Lorelei is my favorite subject so I decided today on this overcast, allergy-ridden day, to photograph her. Photography brings me joy. So I decided to bring a little joy into this day (besides our all-day children’s movie marathon).
So now I’m being beckoned back to the couch. We’re watching American Tail. Definitely a classic and one of my all-time favorites.
